As part of this effort, we have acquired and commissioned a new Wittmann robot with a belt conveyor, which is now integrated with our 35-ton Arburg Allrounder injection molding machine. This advancement allows us to optimize the manufacturing of medical devices for third parties and improve the quality of our production, keeping us at the forefront of plastic injection molding and cleanroom manufacturing for the medical sector.
The Arburg Allrounder is a high-precision injection molding machine designed to meet the demanding standards of the medical sector, where accuracy and quality are paramount. This equipment allows us to ensure that each injected part using plastic injection molds meets the highest quality standards, particularly when working in a sterile environment such as our cleanroom facilities.
